I have the pleasure of seeing India.Arie later tonight in Los Angeles at Club Nokia here at L.A. Live and to get ready for her show tonight, I have been going through India's vast discography that begins with her phenomenal debut album Acoustic Soul.
While a lot of artists have solid debut albums, India's debut album is one of the few albums that is a body of work and warrants a listen from her intro track to her tribute to Stevie Wonder on "Wonderful." During the sonic journey that is Acoustic Soul though, listeners will stumble upon a variety of musical gems from India including one of my favorite cuts from her "Beautiful."
