Award Nominations: 2013 Soul Train Awards


The nominations for the 2013 Soul Train Awards were announced yesterday and hip-hop star Kendrick Lamar leads the pack with a total of six nominations including Best New Artist, Song of the Year and Album of the Year.

Tamar Braxton, Miguel, Chris Brown, Robin Thicke and Justin Timberlake follow right behind Kendrick with five nominations a piece. With that said, the 2013 Soul Train Awards are slated to tape on November 9th at the Orleans Arena in Las Vegas and will air simultaneously on BET and Centric at 9pm EST on December 1st.
