** After posting the official remix to Brandy's "I Wanna Be Down" yesterday and seeing the overwhelming response, I thought it would be appropriate to revisit the original joint with a second listen.**
While Brandy released Two Eleven last year, who can forget Bandy's debut single "I Wanna Be Down," which introduced us to the then teen vocal phenom. Written by Keith Crouch and Kipper Jones, "I Wanna Be Down" was released on September 6th, 1994 and started the meteoric rise of Brandy.
