In terms of political wokeness and activism, rappers such as Big Sean, Meek Mill, and Diddy are donating money and water to help the City of Flint during their water crisis. They are also calling out racism and the lack of governmental concern for the city’s 60 percent black population. We also call out R. Kelly for his utter lack of remorse for his long history of alleged sexual assaults against young women during his recent Billboard interview. Finally, we fan out to Beyonce’s Bday...the album is almost 10 years old!

Back in 1998, R. Kelly released his double album R and released the joint "When a Woman's Fed Up" from the set. The song reached number 22 on the Billboard Hot 100 and number 5 on the Hot R&B/Hip-Hop Singles chart.

The video, directed by Kelly, features Kelly's protege Sparkle as the woman who's fed up. The single and the video were released after Sparkle's debut single "Be Careful", a duet with Kelly, as a continuation of the story. In fade out the song samples "It Hurts Like Hell" by Aretha Franklin from Waiting to Exhale: Original Soundtrack Album.

Project in the Works: "White Panties" (R. Kelly)

In a new interview with V Magazine, R. Kelly announced that he is already getting ready to release the followup to his 2013 album Black Panties in the form of White Panties, both of course being extensions and sequels to his iconic 12 Play album.

When speaking about his upcoming album, R. Kelly told V Magazine that "[i]t's called White Panties. And you can expect a whole other level."

In addition to a new album for 2014, Kellz is also planning to hit the road with Mary J. Blige on their upcoming King & Queen tour and there are faint rumors of a potential joint album entitled King & Queen to follow the tour.

"I'm in the studio right now working on a song for me and Mary...I'm even looking forward to proposing that we do a whole album together. But this is the first I've mentioned it. The King & Queen album."

With all of this new music talk, 2014 seems to be the year of R. Kelly after he returned in 2013 with Black Panties as just an appetizer to what is to come in 2014.

New Video: "Cookie (Explicit)" (R. Kelly)

With the release of R. Kelly's musical "followup" Black Panties earlier today, which is a bit of a sequel to his debut album 12 Play (1993), Kellz has also gone onto release the official video to his joint "Cookie."

Lifted as the set's latest single, the self-proclaimed cookie monster offers a bit of a NSFW take on the 'oreo' influenced jam. With that said, watch the official video below for "Cookie" and Enjoy!

R. Kelly's classic 1993 debut album 12 Play would go onto spawned four hit singles and the album was so successful and filled with bangers that a fifth song would go onto chart from 12 Play in 1994 in the form of "It Seems Like You're Ready."

Produced and written by R. Kelly, "It Seems Like You're Ready" would go onto peak at a respectable #59 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #29 on the Hot R&B Singles chart without even being officially released from Jive Records. New Joint: "All the Way" (R. Kelly ft. Kelly Rowland)

Having just recently collaborated with Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber, R. Kelly is back with another fresh collaboration and this time it is with R&B diva Kelly Rowland on "All the Way."

Lifted from R. Kelly's forthcoming sequal to 12 Play entitled Black Panties, this duet with Kelly Rowland will be featured among other collaborations with Ludacris, 2 Chainz, Migos, Juicy J, and Future on the slated December 10th release set.
