Back in 2004, Fantasia released her debut album Free Yourself, after winning the third season of American Idol and the title-track, "Free Yourself" which featured Missy Elliott, was released as the fourth single from the set.
"Free Yourself" would go onto peak at #41 on the Billboard Hot 100 and reached #3 on the US R&B/Hip Hop chart, while peaking at #1 on the US Adult R&B Airplay chart. "Free Yourself" went onto garner two Grammy Awards for Best R&B song and Best Female R&B Vocal Performance and won the ASCAP R&B/Hip-Hop award.
