As we continue to enter into a new year and decade, I can't help but recall one of my favorite covers of the 2000s. With that said, below you will find Ruben Studdard's amazing cover of the Luther classic and The Carpenters' original "Superstar." While Ruben would agree that Luther has the all time best cover of this classic, Studdard's version isn't something to scoff at as I believe he comes in at a strong second or third.
