Melanie Fiona has been hard at work in the studio working on her follow-up to The MF Life and now the Grammy-winning canadian songstress has just released some behind-the-scenes footage from a recent studio session for a joint entitled "Cold Piece." Featuring Melanie in the booth in addition to a 30 second preview of the new joint, Melanie seems to be full steam ahead on her forthcoming third album and for those that will be in Los Angeles this weekend for the BET Experience, Melanie will be opening up for Beyoncé's first US date of The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour which kicks off at the Staples Center this Friday.
