A Cappella: "Whenever You're Around" (JoJo)

A minute ago, JoJo covered  Jill Scott's "Whenever You're Around," which is lifted off of Scott's third album The Real Thing: Words and Sounds, Vol. 3. It's clear from the video that JoJo's already impressive vocals continue to improve as she grows older and I would argue that this is one of her finest vocal performances to date. Taking on a Jill Scott song is no joke and JoJo really does her thing on this a cappella version of Scott's song. Check it out after the jump as we all await her long-overdue forthcoming third album!
