Mariah Carey has been hitting the promo run hard for American Idol late this week and the multi-platinum and Grammy-winning songbird took to Late Night with Jimmy Fallon last night to promote the FOX hit reality series, open up a little bit about her forthcoming album, and play a game of beer pong or in this case champaign pong with Jimmy to help celebrate his show's fourth year on the air.
