I was watching HSN's special for the forthcoming Whitney Houston tribute album and I thought it would be appropriate to relive her sublime live performance of "Why Does It Hurt So Bad." Lifted from the 1996 MTV Movie Awards, Houston performed an effortlessly highly emotive performance of her power ballad that seems to be an appropriate song for this occasion.
