Jessie J stopped by the UK version of "The X Factor" earlier today to belt out her emotionally charged ballad "Who You Are." While a lot of current top "pop" acts need falshy stage antics and catchy songs from the current hit producers, Jessie J is a talent in her own lane who possesses the vocal prowess of few who are on the charts today. While she hasn't crossed over to the States with the same success as she has in the UK, hopefully some key Grammy nominations (Best New Artist) will help propel her career to the heights that her talents warrant.
