One of my favorite cuts from Patti LaBelle is her emotionally charged ballad "Somebody Loves You Baby (You Know Who It Is)" and below you will find a clip of LaBelle performing said joint during her "Live In New York" concert performance. In true Patti fashion, the Phoenix of Philly gives all of herself during this powerful showcase and it's a performance you don't want to miss.
Live Audio: "No More" (Dinah Washington)

New Joint: "Superhero" (Miguel)
Though Miguel is still promoting his debut album "All I Want Is You," a new joint from the newcomer has surfaced online today in the form of the mid-tempo "Superhero." Though it's not clear if this is lifted from sessions for Miguel's forthcoming album or a leftover joint from "All I Want Is You," "Superhero" is a solid joint that demands a listen or two.
Second Listen: "I Don't Know Why, But I Do" (Chrisette Michele)
Chrisette Michele's third album "Let Freedom Reign" was extremely slept on and the public truly missed out on some timeless material off of the songstress' album. One of those cuts is the Jazmine Sullivan and John Legend penned ballad "I Don't Know Why, But I Do" which is a powerful song that has that John Legend sound written all over it. Take a first if not second listen to the sublime song from Chrisette Michelle and enjoy her wonderful vocals on "I Don't Know Why, But I Do."

This performance and her countless others are why Billie Holiday is one of the great vocalist in popular music history. Watch below and Enjoy!

Remix: "Run The World (Girls)" (Beyonce featuring Nicki Minaj)
I'm a little late on this Fyu-chur remix of Beyonce's "Run The World (Girls)," but this take on her lead single from "4" is on point. Featuring a verse from Nicki Minaj, it's a shame that this remix never became the official take on "Run The World (Girls)," and sonically, this joint is better then the original in my opinion. Listen below and Enjoy!
