I have to be honest, I had forgotten about the brilliance of Cee-Lo Green's Melanie Fiona assisted single "Fool For You" which would go onto win two Grammy Awards during the 2012 ceremony for both Best R&B Song and Best Traditional R&B Performance, until Alice Smith unleashed her monster cover during BET's Black Girls Rock.
While I have also slept on Alice Smith, she brought back into rotation the original rendition of "Fool For You" and had me add her brilliant interpretation from her sophomore album She, which will hopefully receive some Grammy love as her vocals are off the chain. With that said, take a listen to "Fool For You" by Cee-Lo Green and Melanie Fiona below and revisit this phenomenal gem from the powerhouse duo.
