While Jennifer Hudson and Jacob Latimore co-star in the forthcoming film Black Navivity, which is slated for release on November 27th, Mary J. Blige and Nas are also featured in the film and have lent their musical talents to the accompanying soundtrack for the film.
Taking on the spiritual "Rise Up Shepherd and Follow," Mary J.'s powerhouse pipes matched with Nas; wordsmith talents offer up a great collaboration that has me intrigued as to what the Black Nativity soundtrack will have in store for us when it's released this coming Tuesday, November 5th.
