Yesterday was Jill Scott's 41st birthday and as we continue to celebrate her birthday, I thought it would be nice to watch her standout performance of her touching and operatic rendition of "He Loves Me (Lyzel in E Flat)" from her Vh1 Storytellers special. While her entire set was aw inspiring, provocative at times, powerful and highly emotional, "He Loves Me" stood above the rest in my book and truly showcased the vocal prowess of Scott.
