Shanell of Young Money fame seems to be the latest grom the label to be tipped for a solo release as a visual for her joint "What Is Love" has just hit the net. Lifted from her forthcoming mixtape "Nobody's B*tch," the video is a sensual yet simple visual for the Timothy Bloom and Donnie Scantz produced joint.
