Though 2011 belongs to Adele, Katy Perry has been having a breakout year herself, as she has become the first and only female solo singer to have 5 #1 Hot 100 hits from one single album. With that said, Katy Perry is the latest artist to cover Adele's soulful opus that is "Someone Like You." Though Perry incorporates the song into her own song "The One That Got Away," she does a solid job singing the joint. While Perry has become known as of late as Pop's go to single's girl, people forget that she actually has some vocal chops on her and when she slows it down for her ballads, she really shows off what she's working with vocally.
