I've said it before and I will continue to say it, Amber Riley from Glee has some killer pipes and deserves more shine on the show, as well as a solo deal. Her voice is so soulful and powerful and garners attention when it covers a record. With that said, listen to Amber's amazing cover of the Otis Redding classic "Try A Little Tenderness." Several artists have remade this song in the past few years, and Amber's is my favorite by far. Her gospel soaked pipes fit perfectly for the song. Take a listen bellow and Enjoy!
I love music with some soul, and when Amber open's that mouth of her's there is so much that I can't help but wantin to sing every time I hear it. Which makes me wish I could sing better cause everyone in my house complains when I do haha. I can only expect she'll blast us away with more of that Amber soul in the finale.
