The man behind a lot of your favorite joints Salaam Remi is taking a step out in front of the limelight for a moment with a new compilation album entitled One: In The Chamber, which hit iTunes earlier today.

Featuring new music from the Grammy-nominated producer that includes the likes of Akon, Ne-Yo, Corinne Bailey Rae, Estelle, Stephen Marley, Jordin Sparks, Liam Bailey, Lemar and CJ Hilton, his album is just what I needed as we move into October. Offering brilliant production and solid vocals from his featured guest vocalists, Remi's intstrumental tracks that were included on the album are also solid bangers.

New Joint: "Makin' It Hard For Me" (Salaam Remi ft. Corinne Bailey Rae)

Super-producer Salaam Remi, who is known for his work with the likes of Nas, Amy Winehouse, Fergie, Miguel, Ne-Yo and Jazmine Sullivan is getting ready to release  his forthcoming album One: In The Chamber.

Slated for a September 30th release, the set is led by his Akon assisted single "One In The Chamber" and now his joint "Makin' It Hard For Me," which features fellow Grammy-winner Corinne Bailey Rae has hit the net. Featuring a solid smooth instrumentation that is led with a solid drum kit, "Makin' It Hard For Me" is enough to have me checking for One: In The Chamber when it's released September 30th.
