New Video: "Gone" (Alexis Jordan)

It's been a minute since we've heard from Roc Nation's Alexis Jordan and while she's made some traction overseas, it seems as though 2014 might be here year to finally break here in the states with her more mature sound and style.

Now just 21, Alexis Jordan is back bringing it with her new song and accompanying video for "Gone" with a catchy chorus including her commanding that that she's 'already gone, I'm already ain't no waiting I had to move on."

Produced by Mel N Muse production "Gone" clocks in at just under three minutes and is a solid banger in my book that with the right promo and radio play could really help establish Alexis Jordan here in the States.

After making a solid debut in the UK with her debut album, Alexis Jordan is back with her lead single "Acid Rain," which is lifted from her forthcoming sophomore LP. After the UK success of her debut album, Alexis Jordan is now busy hitting the studio recording and working on her forthcoming sophomore album. Though it's not clear if this album will be released here in the US, Alexis Jordan clearly has some standout pipes and hopefully the work she is putting in with Stargate will help her crossover in her home country. Alexis Jordan made her US TV debut last week along with Sean Paul on "The Wendy Williams Show" to perform their joint "Got 2 Luv U" and hopefully for fans of the songstress stateside, this means that the up and coming Star Roc/ RocNation signee will be making her way back to the US. With that said, Alexis Jordan recently dropped the official video for her single "Say That" and you can peep the black and white visual below.

Alexis Jordan took to the 2011 MOBO's stage a few days ago and performed a stirring rendition of her hit single "Happiness."
