Last night during the telecast of the 2013 Soul Train Awards on BET and Centric I was reminded of Jon B.'s 1998 #1 hit "They Don't Know." Lifted from Jon B.'s second album Cool Relax, "They Don't Know would go onto peak at #2 on the Billboard Hot 100 and #1 on the R&B Singles Chart.
Written by Tim Kelley, Bob Robinson and Jon B. and produced by Tim & Bob, "They Don't Know" would go onto become Jon B.'s biggest single to date and would be score a respectable #39 on the Year End Billboard Hot 100 Chart for 1998.
