Ms. Lauryn Hill is back with a new joint entitled "Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix)," that hit iTunes earlier today thanks to her new label venture Obverse Creation Music/Sony ATV. The legendary rapper/singer/actress was forced to release a new song before her scheduled hearing on Monday and therefore, Ms. Hill opted to release "Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix)."
"Here is a link to a piece that I was ‘required’ to release immediately, by virtue of the impending legal deadline," wrote Ms. Hill. "I love being able to reach people directly, but in an ideal scenario, I would not have to rush the release of new music… but the message is still there."Though Ms. Hill was forced to release "Neurotic Society (Compulsory Mix)," its message still rings true and you can take a listen to it below!
Write a song with answers. We know the problem and ills of this society. We keep beating a dead horse and people like for someone else to say what they are thinking, but at the end of the day it will read like a tag. So You see Me!!!!This song sound like something out of this world and without the music I might have a greater appreciation of the lyrics.
