Last night, Tamar Braxton released the second official video from her highly anticipated forthcoming Epic/Streamline debut album Love & War. Coming in the form of her Notorious B.I.G. sampled "Juicy" hit "The One," Tamar shot the video on the Santa Monica Pier to give us that fun summer feeling that the song emotes.
