Several artists have performed in Norfolk, Virginia for the troops in recent years but it is in my humble opinion that no one has done it better then Whitney Houston when she performed a concert special entitled "Welcome Home Heroes" back in 1991. To close out her phenomenal concert, Houston launched into a nearly 8 minute vocal opus of her amazing cover and classic "Greatest Love Of All."
