It's been no secret that SWV have been making their way back to recording their fourth studio album since they reunited back in 2005 to begin retouring their classic material. With that said, SWV have opened up to Billboard about their new direction and where they are coming from with this new album.
Cheryl “Coko” Gamble says their fourth non-seasonal studio album (excluding their 99′ holiday album, “A Special Christmas”) will have the “same SWV flavor” with a contemporary twist. “Same style just new millennium. Kick it up a notch, take it to the next level, but we’re still going to be ourselves.
In terms of what we already know, the famed trio have already worked with super producer Bryan Michael-Cox as well as Cainon Lamb who is best known for producing Jazmine Sullivan's "Need U Bad
