Back in 2002, Brandy released her third album Full Moon, which in numerous people's books is regarded as one of the best and important R&B albums of the past 20 years hands down. With that said, Full Moon offers numerous cuts but while I was jamming to it earlier today, I rediscovered her Rodney Jerkins and Big Bert produced smooth joint "When You Touch Me."
