I've posted Ledisi's aw inspiring rendition of the jazz standard "My Funny Valentine" quite a few times but it never gets old to me and I often find even more intricate and phenomenal vocal techniques from Ledisi every time I view her sublime cover. With that said, below you will find a video of her covering the icon song during "Soul of Rogers" a few years back and in true Ledisi fashion she knocks this song out the park and beyond. Ledisi is truly a rare talent who can literally cross over to any genre of music and own it with the same conviction that we've become accustom to hearing from her all this years.
