While Leona Lewis' forthcoming third album "Glassheart" was expected to drop just in time for the holiday shopping season of 2011, it looks as though she and her team have decided to push back the album since she recently tweeted about being "inspired" and heading back into the studio to perfect her forthcoming album.
"Just wanted to update everyone on the album! I'm feeling so inspired right now and have decided to continue recording...I have a collection of songs that I'm so in love with and I know there's more to be born so it means the album will come early next year."Though Lewis is claiming inspiration for the push back reason, it would also appear evident that since the lead single "Collide" didn't perform as she and her label expected that a reworking of material was in order to create the best album possible for Leona. With that said, lookout for a new album at the top of the year and a possible new single before the end of the year.
