Song of the Day: "You're All I Need to Get By" (Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell)

"You're All I Need to Get By" - Marvin Gaye & Tammi Terrell

• Writers: Nicholas Ashford & Valerie Simpson
• Producers: Ashford & Simpson
• Record Label: Tamla
• Released in 1968 from You're All I Need
• Peaked at #7 on the Billboard Hot 100 & #1 on the Hot Rhythm & Blues Singles chart

Live Audio: "I'm Every Woman" (Whitney Houston)

Back in 1978 Chaka Khan took this Nick Ashford and Valerie Simpson penned to the top of the charts and  almost two decades later Houston would do the same with "I'm Every Woman." While Chaka performed a sublime tribute rendition of "I'm Every Woman" last night at the BET Awards, I thought it would be nice to take a listen to Houston's own live rendition of the classic. Lifted from her 1994 concert stop during her The Bodyguard World Tour,  Houston shuts it down during this encore performance. Listen after the jump and Enjoy!
