Amazing Cover: "Wrecking Ball" (James Arthur)

To celebrate the release of James Arthur's self-titled debut album James Arthur today in the UK, I thought it would be appropriate to peep his sublime rendition of Miley Cyrus' #1 hit single "Wrecking Ball."

Performed back in September at Radio Hamburg's Live-Lounge, James proves why he was the almost unanimous winner of the X-Factor UK back in 2012. Soaked with his soulful pipes and a simple accompaniment of a pianist, James let his vocals take center stage on his solid cover of Miley's "Wrecking Ball."

James Arthur's self-titled debut album James Arthur is slated for release next month in the UK on November 4th and ahead of its release, a new joint from his LP has hit the net in the form of his Salaam Remi produced joint "New Tattoo."

While this is not the LP version that will appear on Syco Music's James Arthur next month, this acoustic version is dope and has me interested in hearing what the mastered studio version will sound like.

James Arthur released the official audio of his single on September 9th and now ten days after lifting the official second single from his forthcoming self-titled debut album James Arthur, The X-Factor UK winner has released the official music video to accompany his joint "You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You."

Directed by Emil Nava, the official visual for "You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You" finds James on the the streets of London setting up stage and the Emil Nava helmed video accompanies the TMS-produced uptempo perfectly. With that said, the famed UK crooner's new joint is produced by TMS, who are the production team behind Professor Green's "Read All About It" and Emeli Sandé's spin-off ""Read All About It (Part III)."

Featuring some throwback horns to open ip "You're Nobody 'Til Somebody Loves You," the opening gives me a New Orleans feel, but this soon melts away to showcase the energetic uptempo instrumentation that TMS crafted.
