R. Kelly is getting ready to release his highly anticipated thirteenth album Black Panties on December 10th and ahead of its release, a new joint has been unearthed from the upcoming collection in the form of "Lights On."
While "Lights On" does not appear on Black Panties officially, if you pre-order Black Panties between now and Nov. 29, you will receive the exclusive bonus track, which will not appear on the album.
