With Ed Sheeran getting a much deserved Grammy Award nomination for Song of the Year for his sublime joint "The A Team," I am reminded of Birdy's amazing cover that she first offered on BBC's Radio 1 Live Lounge. With that said, several months ago Birdy stopped by BBC's Radio 1 Live Lounge and during her stint on the show, she performed a phenomenal rendition of Ed Sheeran's joint "The A Team." At just 15, Birdy possesses an artistic ability that few artists even twice her age. A skilled concert level pianist, Birdy has been making the rounds for a few years now in the UK and her debut album "Birdy" has thus far been certified gold in the UK.
