Patti LaBelle has always been a vocalist who gives a 110% of herself into every performance and her emotional live performance of "Wind Beneath My Wings

While people often forget about LaBelle's version, in my opinion her "Wind Beneath My Wings" is the definitive version in my book and no other singer can touch this song in the way that Patti does in this recording that is lifted from her first released live album that was originally recorded at the Apollo Theater back in 1991.
