Kelly Clarkson's "Vh1 Unplugged" episode aired late last year during her promotional tour for her latest album "Stronger." During her set, Clarkson opted to perform fellow American Idol winner Carrie Underwood's ballad "I Know You Won't" and transformed the country tinged ballad more into a torch blues ballad. With that said, I've been holding out for Clarkson to release her own version for awhile now, but since this hasn't materialized yet, you'll just have to settle for re-watching Kelly's sublime cover below!
