While Adele is currently basking in the success of her six Grammy nominations, she made her Grammy debut several years ago during the 51st Annual telecast of the show with a sublime rendition of her Grammy wining hit single "Chasing Pavements." Adele along with country duo Sugarland jammed out to her duet making it one of the more memorable moments of the 51st Grammy Awards.
