R. Kelly seems to be hard at work on his followup to "Love Letter" and this time his eleventh studio album will be entittled "Black Panties," which is a sequel to his album "12 Play." While a release date from the joint has yet to be secured, R. Kelly talked about the first single being "10 Minutes." as well a myriad of other topics relevant to the album as well as his music career in general.
