Live Clip: "Pieces Of Me" (Ledisi)

This past Sunday, BET aired the telecast of "UNCF: An Evening Of Stars" and one of those stars was four-time Grammy nominee Ledisi who performed the title track and lead single from her latest album "Pieces Of Me." During her performance Ledisi of course let her voice take centerstage and the songstress really makes it look so easy as she flawlessly moved up and down her extensive vocal register. New Joint: "One Up For Love" (Boyz II Men)

As the release of their forthcoming effort "Twenty" looms closer, Boyz II Men have released another new joint and this time it is the mid-tempo banger "One Up For Love." Featuring some heavy drum and guitar instrumentation, "One Up For Love," is a solid joint and hopefully it will get the single treatment from this album as this is definitely a contemporary song that doesn't age the group at all. Amazing Cover: "New Attitude" (Patti LaBelle & Ledisi)

Patti LaBelle and Ledisi opened up this year's televised "UNCF: An Evening Of Stars" with a radiating performance of Patti's classic "New Attitude." The two vocal powerhouses shared the stage and really basked in the talent of one another which is so great to see as LaBelle has recently announced that she feels as though Ledisi is the rightful successor to her own Queendom. Patti LaBelle took the the stage of UNCF's "An Evening of Stars" recently and performing a soulful and sublime rendition of her classic "When You've Been Blessed." Backed by a choir, Patti really lets her voice soar and proves that at 67 years young, she is still getting it like she was during her "heyday." Amazing Cover: "Heaven" (Ed Sheeran)

Roughly two weeks ago Ed Sheeran visited BBC Radio I Love Live to promote his then forthcoming release "+" which would eventually become a chart-topper the following week. During his visit, he covered two joints, Frank Ocean's "Swim Good" and Emeli Sande's "Heaven." Below you will find his take on Emeli Sande's "Heaven" which Ed offerers a sublime cover of. Emeli and Ed are two of my favorite new artists in the UK and I hope that they both will get the push stateside in 2012 as they both have some solid bodies of work that deserve more attention. Gospel duo Mary Mary have been making contemporary gospel music for over a decade and this past December, the group dropped the lead single from their sixth studio album entitled "Walking." Lifted from "Something Big," "Walking" is an infectious praise number that crossed over to not only the R&B charts, but also the Hot 100, the Dance charts, as well as the overall radio adds chart. With that said, if you haven't been grooving to "Walking" by Mary Mary you are missing something special and you should definitely take a second listen to this great two stepping joint!

New Joint: "I Hurt You" (Anthony Hamilton & Tarsha McMillian)

A new joint from Anthony Hamilton and his wife Tarsha McMillian has just hit the net and the powerful duet comes in the form of the somber ballad "I Hurt You." While the origins of the song are unclear, it is known that Hamilton is working on a forthcoming project for 2012, and his wife is also working on some new music. During their performance the duo swapped verses on LaBelle's classic "New Attitude," but this is not the first time the duo sang together and to my knowledge the first time these two powerhouse vocalists shared the stage was in 2009 at the Essence Music Festival.
