Ms. Drama TV caught up with artist on the rise John West where he talks about street performing, linking with Pusha T, being rejected from American Idol, and his forthcoming album.  During the interview "West opens up about his humble beginnings as a street performer, and how he essentially brought his live craft into the studio. On the subject of linking with Pusha T - West explains that Star Trek producers, Christian Rich, had a big part in the creation of the single. In regards to the music reality shows - specifically American Idol, West offers he can't knock anyone going that route, but that his try-out for the show ended in rejection.
