Amazing Cover: "Viva La Vida" (Solange)

A few years ago, Solange performed a sublime cover of the Coldplay hit "Viva La Vida." Though Solange rarely receives the credit she is due for her vocals and amazing songwriting, this is one performance that no one can deny.

Solange straight up killed this performance and truly made it her own. With that said, watch it all go down below and hopefully Solange's highly anticipated third album will see its release later this year!

New Joint: "Magic" (Brandy)

I don't know about you, but I've been dying for some new music from Brandy since 2012's sublime Two Eleven album which went seriously under the radar in my opinion. With that said, yesterday, Brandy released a cover of Coldplay's "Magic" to tide us over until we hear some new joints.

With that said, Brandy does her thing on Coldplay's "Magic," which is lifted from their new album Ghost Stories and Brandy also teased us with a new image featuring the title #Summer2014, which leads me to believe we can expect more new music from her this summer!

Mashup: "Clocks (Should I Go?)" (Coldplay & Brandy)

Back in 2004, Brandy released her sublime, yet slept on fourth studio album Afrodisiac and while the album had a few minor hits, it went a bit unnoticed by the majority of music consumers, which is such a shame because it really is a sublime body of work.

With that said, on her album, Brandy's joint "Should I Go?" samples Coldplay's iconic "Clocks" instrumental and AudioSavage once again constructs a brilliant mashup of these two joints utilizing Coldplay and Brandy's respective vocals on top of the original "Clocks" instrumentation.

Therefore, if you like what you hear in "Clocks (Should I Go?)" below, cop the free download while supplies last as this is yet another solid offering from AudioSavage.
