Bilal's debut album 1st Born Second is considered by many as one of the most signifiant debut albums of the past 25 years and one of the standout cuts for me from his album has to be "Love Poems."
Written by Bilal and Keisha Whatley and produced by Aaron Comess, the laid-back mid-tempo has a solid vocal and lyrical showing by Bilal that ends with him riffing while some spoken word is dropped on top of "Love Poems"' instrumentation. Take a listen after the jump to "Love Poems" and Enjoy!
