Legendary group Earth, Wind & Fire are set to return with their 21st album Now, Then & Forever on September 10th and ahead of its release, a new joint from EWF has hit the net in the form of "Sign On," an uptempo joint written by lead singer Philip Bailey's son Philip Doran Bailey.
