Two nights ago, Beyoncé began The Mrs. Carter Show World Tour in Belgrade, Serbia and while her set did not offer up any new joints, the 17-time-Grammy-winner offered up a rousing set that included a medley of the Whitney Houston classic "I Will Always Love You" with her hit "Halo."
