Kelly Rowland's forthcoming fourth solo LP Year Of The Woman is slated for release later this year and while her lead single "Ice" did motivate the way her breakout hit single of 2011 did, "Kisses Down Low," which was produced by in-demand producer Mike WiLL Made It is a solid joint that should definitely fare better than "Ice." With that said, Kelly Rowland dropped her ode to oral sex aka "Kisses Down Low" yesterday and released a message to accompany her second single from Year Of The Woman:
