Amazing Cover: "Yes Indeed" (Marsha Ambrosius)

A few years ago, Marsha Ambrosius recorded a sublime cover of the Lady T classic "Yes Indeed," which was off of Teena's "It Must Be Magic." Though Marsha has yet to release her take on "Yes Indeed," she played her recorded take back in December of 2010 shortly after the tragic passing of Teena Marie. This is one of my favorite covers to drop within the last 5 years hands down and it deserves a listen or two because Marsha really kills this Teena Joint while putting her own spin on the classic.
