Birdy has been making a name for herself over in the UK and it all started with her cover of the Bon Iver joint "Skinny Love." Recorded and released at the tender age of 14, Birdy possesses a voice beyond her years and I look forward to hearing what her forthcoming self-titled debut album has to offer. While we folks in the US probably won't hear or see Birdy over here until at least mid-2012, take a listen below to her sublime cover of Bon Iver's "Skinny Love," and lookout for more material from her in the coming months as her UK debut drops on November 7th.
