TV One's docuseries "Unsung" has become one of my favorite shows on TV and as always, they conduct outstanding in-depth documentaries on the rise and usual fall of some of Soul and R&B music's greatest "forgotten" stars. With that said, Angela Winbush who is probably best known for her smooth silky jam "Angel," was the focus of the following episode of "Unsung." Though Angela isn't as known as she once was in the late 1980s, the succeeding episode highlights her career perfectly. Watch below and get to know the woman behind "Angel" a bit better!
