Amazing Cover: "Sexual Healing/ Let's Get It On" (Corneille)

Marvin Gaye is a tough act to follow yet alone cover. In my book there have only been a handful of great covers that other artists have attempted and the key to getting a great Marvin cover is twisting it up a bit. No one and I mean no one can sing a Marvin Gaye song straight and do it better then the man himself. With that said, Corneille did a great cover of the Marvin Gaye classic "Sexual Healing" a few years ago and this acoustic guitar led cover is a sublime take. On the flip side, Corneille did a cover of "Let's Get It On," which to me sonically and vocally just didn't connect the way his interpretation of "Sexual Healing" did. Either way you feel, it warrants a view or two...Happy viewing!
