The official theme song for the forthcoming film "The Help" has just hit the net and the song selected is Mary J. Blige's "The Living Proof." Recorded after viewing a rough cut of the film, Blige has stated that she was inspired from what she witnessed in the film to write this touching ballad. Take a listen below to "The Living Proof" and make sure you go out and catch "The Help" when it hit theaters August 10th.
